The iconic blue outfit from Breath of the Wild is back in Zelda Tears of the Kingdom. Unlike other types of armour, the New Tunic for Prodigy is not part of a set, it’s a unique piece of equipment. We’ll tell you how to get it.
The quest for the New Tunic of Prodigy
Although this step is not compulsory, the very existence of this new Prodigy tunic is revealed in Zelda’s diary. In her home in the village of Elimith, she mentions that there is a secret passage leading to her laboratory.

This is actually in the well of the house (coordinates 3300; -2298; 0130;) where a new journal awaits Link. In this diary, Zelda mentions that she has prepared a new Tunic of Prodigy for Link and that she has hidden it away. in the throne room of Hyrule Castle.

Before you leave, remember to open the safe next to the office to obtain the Old Hair Ring for tying up Link’s hair, as it was in Breath of the Wild.
Reaching Hyrule Castle
The throne room is at the very top of Hyrule Castle. Your first objective is to get there. The method is up to you: you can build a flying vehicle to get there, or jump from the Watchtower and glide up there with the screen.

The throne room is the room immediately below the highest tower in the castle. You can’t miss it, and you’ll recognise it if you’ve played Zelda Breath of the Wild. By doing so, you activate a mechanism that opens a hidden area behind the throne.
