You can only find AQ Laptops in the Koschei Complex or its entrances. There are a total of 4 entries to the Koschei Complex, and each one of them has a secret route to get inside. These routes are the question marks you see on your tax map, and if you go near them, you’ll find the passage. However, always check around these locations before heading inside the Complex to find an AQ Laptop.

After that, you can find two more AQ Laptops inside each bunker on your way to the Chemical Plant.
