During the UC Vanguard faction storyline in Starfield, you’ll get the Delivering Devils quest, which tasks you with finding Dr. Percival Walker. There are a few different ways to locate Percival during this quest, so here’s what you can do to find him.

Where to Find Percival on Mars in Starfield

To start, the Delivering Devils quest in Starfield tasks you with heading to Cydonia on Mars. You’ll need to talk with the workers at the Trade Authority in town to learn about his debt, which will lead you to the miners in town and eventually The Sixth Circle bar.

They will initially be unwilling to work with you in finding Percival, who they are hiding. You have a few options for finding Percival, which are as follows:

• Pay off Percival’s debt
• Change his debt to be much cheaper to pay off
• Work with Lou

The first one is going to be out of the means of most players, since you are looking at a debt nearing the 30,000 credits mark. But if you have Security rank three, you can pick the master lock upstairs in the Trade Authority, hack the computer, and change his debt to a measly one credit, and pay that off instead.

Alternatively, you can work with Cambridge, one of the miners in The Sixth Circle. He will send you to an old mining place to find an old recipe for him there. Unfortunately, you’ll have to either run through or take out a bunch of pirates who have taken over the place to then get the recipe.

Either of the methods you use will eventually reveal that the old mining site is the exact place where Percival is hiding. Speak with Lou after settling Percival’s debt and you’ll receive the key to the back of the mining site. If you have not already dealt with the pirates here, you’ll have to eliminate or run through them to reach the back of the mining area.

Speak with Percival in his hiding spot to convince him to join your research efforts against the Terrormorphs. Head with him back to Cydonia and The Sixth Circle to meet up with Hadrian and complete this quest.
