Telemundo Deportes, the exclusive home of the Chivas, will present complete coverage of Liga MX’s Super Clasico from Guadalajara, where C.D. Guadalajara will meet Aguilas del America for a historic and special edition of “el Super Clasico sin colores” (without colors) to promote unity and safety in sporting events after the tragedy in Queretaro. The match will air live and exclusively on Telemundo, Universo and Peacock this Saturday, March 12 at 10:00 p.m. ET.

Coverage on Sat., March 12 will kick off with the Futbol Estelar Chivas Extra pre-game show live on Telemundo and Universo at 9:00 p.m. ET. Following the match, Telemundo and Peacock will wrap up the action with a special edition of Zona Mixta at 12:30 a.m. ET. Universo will air Futbol Estelar Chivas Extra post-game show.
Telemundo’s coverage will be led by a comprehensive team of commentators and analysts on the ground. Andres Cantor will call the action alongside former Chivas midfielder Manuel Sol, and Francisco Javier “El Maza” Rodriguez joins as guest analyst providing commentary for the match. “Maza” played for both Chivas (170 games) and America (52 matches), and for the Mexican National Team (108 games).
In addition, the storied Mexican matchup provides the opportunity to take a closer look at Guadalajara – its culture, traditions and food. Telemundo will offer colorful profile pieces on the city and its people, including a culinary tour featuring Chivas players and their favorite restaurants and shops. Lastly, to commemorate International Women’s Month, Telemundo will profile unstoppable women players of Super Clasico – Alicia Cervantes, former Chivas, and Janelly Farias, former Chivas and currently with America.

Telemundo Deportes’ presentation of the match will be available with English-language commentary via TelemundoDeportes.com and the Telemundo Deportes App. In addition, English-language audio coverage of the match will be available on SiriusXM NBC Sports Audio Channel 211.
Throughout the season, viewers find exclusive player interviews and game highlights on Telemundo’s Zona Mixta Saturdays and Sundays.
