All games are straight knockout matches, with 30 minutes of extra time and penalty shootouts in place in the event of draws.

The FIFA Club World Cup 2023 features seven games in total, all of which will be staged in the Saudi Arabian city of Jeddah.

Jeddah provides two host venues for the competition including the King Abdullah Sports City Stadium — home to Al Ittihad and the Saudi Arabia national team — and the Prince Abdullah Al-Faisal Stadium. The two stadiums have respective capacities of 62,345 and 27,000.
