Legoshi

Legoshi is the main character in Beastars anime who’s a wolf. Despite the fact that he’s well-mannered, everyone still fears him. Legoshi has taken the responsibility of finding out his friend’s murderer. We all know that wolves are very wild and scary. But the wolf we have over here is a totally opposite one. He’s a polite, softhearted, and humble wolf who tries not to show his scary features such as his fangs. He really wants to get along with other herbivores and wants them to trust him.

If you got Legoshi on the quiz, you’re very warm-hearted and kind. You do your best not to hurt others and get along well with everyone. Just like Legoshi, you tend to adjust yourself to a certain situation. Legoshi often tries to hide his scary features just so he won’t scare off others.

That’s how kind our MC is. In the very beginning of the anime, he was shown to get bullied by everyone and that made Legoshi avoid attention. Despite having a hard time adjusting to everyone, he is capable and assertive as well. Legoshi is a well-built wolf with a jaw strength of 295 kg and this amount is 95kg higher than average wolves.

Haru

Haru is one of the main female characters in Beastars. She’s a rabbit. During her high school, she led the Cherryton Gardening Club and is currently studying botany. Haru is a character whose personality traits match a lot of women. For instance, she’s willing to be true to herself and she lives life for her own desires. While other characters are living with a mask in the anime yet Haru chooses to live without it and that’s because she believes in herself more than anyone else. She wants to be seen as the way she is and avoids getting close to people who genuinely care about her, like Legoshi. Haru feels as if she’s a small herbivore and no one will actually love her for who she is.

If you got Haru on the quiz, you’re really honest with yourself and no matter how hard a situation is, you will never lose your true identity. Relationships scare you because you believe that they’re too superficial. Like Haru, you truly live life for your own desires. Louis

Louis is the second main character of the anime, he’s a deer. He is the head actor of Cherryton Academy’s drama club. He has also served as the leader of the Shishigumi for a long time. His personality is quite complex since he’s prideful and arrogant, although he is insecure about being physically weak.

If you got Louis, you find it hard to sympathize with others. Louis is completely different from Legoshi, he hates being called fragile. His feelings of hatred for this word are much more intense. For example, he had to act as Adler with a broken leg on the stage and when he was being treated, he felt fragile when treated like a child causing him to lash out. He is insecure but there’s an arrogant side to him as well.

Louis pretends to be a good leader yet deep down he knows that he can’t ever be a good leader. Thus, he masks another insecurity. This character probably has the most complex personality in the anime. He believes that he can’t surpass carnivores and finds it difficult to get along with them. Juno

Juno is also one of the main characters in Beastars, and like Legoshi, she’s also a wolf. She’s also one of the members of the drama club. She dreams big of becoming the next Beastar by competing with Louis. Juno gets admired by almost everyone around her. She’s a social individual who treats everyone with kindness. Juno is one of the most ambitious characters in Beastars as she aims big and competes with others, as well. To intimidate Louis, she tried manipulating him and as a result, her scheme went well and she succeeded! If you got Juno on the quiz, you’re really passionate about your dreams and would do your best to achieve them.

Since Juno is ambitious, she dreams of creating a world where carnivores live with freedom. She wants carnivores to be praised instead of being intimidated. She often gets jealous and is ready to do anything to become the next Beastar.

Riz

Riz is also one of the main antagonists in this anime who was a member of Cherryton Academy’s drama club. He’s a kind guy who gets loved and respected by everyone around him. However, behind these good traits, he’s hiding something. Something really dark. What could it be? He accidentally gave into his predator impulse and ended up eating his close friend, Tem. This is due to him not taking the government-mandated pills meant to suppress his carnivorous tendencies.

If you got Riz, you’re kind but sometimes you find it hard to cope with hard situations. Riz is the type of person who believes in honest friendships. So, just like Riz, you’re an honest friend but sometimes you get trapped in peer pressure making it hard for you to avoid evil people. This character probably has the darkest character development in the anime. It’s pretty unexpected to imagine such a naive-looking bear committing such an act. Isn’t that right? But it is what it is. There are many positive as well as negative traits in this character. If you want to know more about Riz, make sure to watch Beastars.

Melon

Melon is one of the main antagonists in the anime who’s first introduced as a faux elephant therapist, killing them for their ivory to make money. When it comes to being a sociopath, Melon must be at the top of the list. He’s a deranged individual who manipulates people in the worst possible ways. As far as his appearance, he’s a half-breed- his mother being the leopard and father being the gazelle. He has tattoos all over his body which makes him look badass.

Melon really hates the leopard features and tries his best to hide them with melon leaf tattoos. Isn’t that hilarious though? Covering your body with melon leaves. HAHA! Anyways, since he’s very badass, he believes that he’s the strongest, killing everyone he sees. This character is really one of the most twisted characters in anime history. If you see him on the streets, you better hide inside the sheets.
