This Dungeons & Dragons quiz will tell you. How well do you know yourself, fellow gamer? You’re about to find out!

What is Dungeons and Dragons?

Just getting started? Dungeons and Dragons, aka D&D or DnD, is a tabletop game that has been around since the 1970s. Players create characters and use dice to navigate a fantasy world of their own creation, controlled by a Dungeon Master who narrates the story through dynamic game sessions.

Players take on quests, solve puzzles, battle monsters, develop skills and magical abilities, and explore their environment as part of a collaborative storytelling experience. The game is now available in multiple versions with different rulesets and settings.

What is a character class?

D&D player classes define the roles people play in the game. Are you a studious wizard with devastating attacks? A brave fighter with athletic ability and combat skills? A deity cleric casting divine spells?
