Anyone else have an obsession with leggings? I’ve heard from many of you that you have been living in leggings since the start of the pandemic. Personally, that was already my outfit of choice since 2008 when I became a trainer. Needless to say, I have been through a lot of pairs, which is why I want to share some of my favorites with you.
Here are a few of the things I look for in a legging:

- Fabric quality: I want these to last since they usually aren’t super cheap. I don’t want them to pill, or snag and I certainly need the fabric to be thick enough (while still being cool), to lay flat over my legs and not show any dimples (yes, I have some!).
- Length: I like switching up the length of the bottom of the pant depending on the season. I love the crop or 25″ for summer, the long 28″ for fall and winter. But, I also want the top to be high enough so there are no love handles squishing out.
- Flexible: When I try on pants, I always do the squat, lunge, reach test! Do the pants have give without falling down? Do they pull over my knees? Do I have to yard them up every time I bend over?
- Color: I have a few pairs of black, but for me (with being on YouTube), give me all of the color!! The brighter, the better as it lifts my mood and makes me feel happy! I like to see new designs, and bold colors.
