It also contains a bunch of powerful (and valuable) cards. There are future Pokemon, such as Iron Valiant ex, and Iron hands ex. Furthermore, Roaring Moon ex is there to represent ancient Pokemon.

That’s right, the name Paradox Rift refers to timelines colliding. Therefore, you can expect plenty of exciting cards in this booster box. It might be that this box will end up being the best in the Scarlet & Violet series.

XY Evolutions set was released seven years ago, on November 2, 2016. Since there its price grew immensely. What was the reason for that?

This set was not just the fifth and final set from the XY Break Series, but it marked the 20th anniversary of the franchise. That’s why it turned the nostalgia factor about the good old days all the way up to eleven. Many cards look like they used to, without the modern design.

In these boosters one could open reprints from the very first Pokemon Set (Base Set), with old designs — with just a few minor adjustments. On top of that, new powerful cards depicting iconic characters were also included. The most popular of the bunch were most likely the final evolutions of the original starters — Charizard, Blastoise and Vanusaur.

So, if spending that much money on Pokemon cards is not a problem for you, and you’re a bit nostalgic about the past, this box might be great for you. On the other hand, the previously mentioned 151 Ultra-Premium Collection is doing a kind of a similar thing by using the first-gen Pokemon.
