Edwin A. Scales III is a judge of the Florida 3rd District Court of Appeal. He assumed office on October 21, 2013. His current term ends on January 2, 2029.

Scales ran for re-election for judge of the Florida 3rd District Court of Appeal. He won in the retention election on November 8, 2022.

He was appointed to the court by Republican Governor Rick Scott in 2013 to fill the vacancy created by the resignation of Angel Cortiñas.[1]
