Ross L. Bilbrey is a judge of the Florida 1st District Court of Appeal. He assumed office on December 23, 2014. His current term ends on January 2, 2029.

Bilbrey ran for re-election for judge of the Florida 1st District Court of Appeal. He won in the retention election on November 8, 2022.

Bilbrey was appointed to the court on December 23, 2014, by Republican Governor Rick Scott to fill a vacancy created when Judge William Van Nortwick retired at his term’s end on January 5, 2015.[1]
