The lyrics of the 1983 hit song “Billie Jean” may now have a new meaning that points to gospel singer Miki Howard.

In an epic reveal that seemed to be right out of an episode of the Maury Povitch show, a young singer named Brandon Howard was named a near perfect DNA match to Michael Jackson, the deceased King of Pop. Now, many believe Howard’s biological mother, Miki Howard, was the subject sung about in “Billie Jean.”

On Thursday, Beverly Hills dental surgeon Dr. Joseph Goodman revealed the alleged results of a DNA test with 31-year-old Howard and Jackson. Goodman said he had purchased a dental device belonging to Jackson during an auction. TMZ reported the results concluded that Howard, who goes by the name B Howard, has a 99.9% DNA match, making the King of Pop his biological father. The results were live streamed on FilmOn.com on Thursday from Beverly Hills.

However, the results raise many questions not only about the alleged love child, but of the possible baby mama for Jackson.

Many now believe Miki Howard is actually “Billie Jean,” with the famous lyrics: “Billie Jean Is Not My Lover, She’s Just A Girl Who Claims That I Am The One, But The Kid Is Not My Son.”

One thing is for sure: 53-year-old Howard definitely knew Jackson, since she was represented by the Jackson family patriarch, Joe Jackson, during the 1980s as a gospel singer. According to TMZ, she also went by the name “Billy” back in 1982. One year later, in 1983, Jackson released the song “Billie Jean,” the second hit single from his “Thriller” album. Her son, Brandon Howard, was born in 1981 and does not have a birth certificate, The Hollywood Gossip reported.

There’s also a theory that Brandon Howard could be the son of Joe Jackson, and Michael Jackson his brother. A source told The Daily News they had “been hearing for years that Brandon is Joe’s son.”

Then, there’s also singer Augie Johnson, who said he is Howard’s biological father and that Miki Howard never cheated.

“I KNOW Brandon’s my son,” the 65-year-old told The Daily Mail. “I was there in the delivery room, I have the pictures of him being born. I got the records, I got everything. Before me, Miki wasn’t with anyone else – she didn’t even know Michael at that time. But you know what – I love my son and he can do whatever he likes. I’m not tripping on this – I want Brandon to have a successful career.”

Augie Johnson said he was in a long-term relationship with Miki Howard and had two songs, Brandon and Nicholas, with her.

“Before me, Miki wasn’t with anyone else. She didn’t even know Michael at that time,” he said. “Miki was never romantically involved with Michael. He didn’t even know her.”

Johnson did say that his son Howard did know Jackson, though, before he died in June 2009 and made “regular trips” to his Neverland home, The Mirror reported.

“We had a relationship with the Jacksons, an entertainment relationship,” he said. “The first time Brandon will have met the Jacksons is when he was three and Nicholas was one and we went up to Jermaine’s office. He met Michael a couple of times at his ranch. Miki took them there and sometimes Jermaine took them.”

While many have been speaking out about the alleged love child, Howard, however, had maintained that he did supply his DNA for the test but wants no further part in the reveal.

“It seems a lot of people are speaking on my behalf, so I’m going to keep this short and simple,” he said in a video uploaded to Facebook. “One, I did not call TMZ, I didn’t put out a story, nothing. Two, I never proclaimed to be his son. Three, I am definitely not suing the estate. I have been taken care of very well and also I make my own cash. Four, It’s true I had a DNA test, but this had nothing to do with any of this, I swear on my life.”

Howard continued: “I’m done, wherever you guys go from here, that’s what it is and whatever the DNA results come out to be, the results, it is what it is. This is coming from me personally, so spread it around and make sure everybody knows this is me, OK, me, alright? So thank you for listening and talk to you soon.”

Jackson’s estate lawyer, Howard Weitzman, told The New York Daily News it sounds fake. “It sounds like a fraud to me,” Weitzman said. “I’ve never heard of the man. He’s never made any claims with the estate or with any recognized tribunal that I’m aware of.”
