“I love the challenge the Philadelphia, New Jersey & Delaware markets present,” she said. “You get a little bit of everything- from snowstorms, severe thunderstorms, even hurricanes and tornadoes. It’s an exciting place to forecast as a meteorologist. Most importantly, you have a chance to inform viewers with life-saving information. I am passionate about keeping everyone as safe as possible when severe weather is moving in.”
The most memorable weather event that Brittney covered was the severe tornado outbreaks of Summer 2021. Conversely, her second is the second snowiest winter ever recorded during the winter of 2014, tracking almost 68 inches of snowfall at Philadelphia International Airport.
