Loads can occur from cash deposits made at FBT Bank & Mortgage locations or via direct deposit and online at the website, www.myprepaidbalance.com Customer Service is available for any inquiries at the number on the back of the card .

*There is a $3 fee to purchase gift cards, a $9.95 fee to purchase travel cards and a $5 replacement fee for lost or stolen gift or travel cards. Cards will be issued with a minimum of 5 years before expiration. A $2.95 per month inactivity fee will be charged after the card has remained unused for 12 months. This fee will continue to be charged every month until the balance is depleted, or the dormancy period has ended. This fee will not bring the card balance to negative. You can avoid this fee by using your Card at least once every twelve months. There is no additional cost to obtain a replacement Card at expiration.
