Why Did Jordyn Jones and Jordan Beau Split?
Not only has Jordyn created a successful YouTube channel, but she launched the “What They Don’t Tell You” podcast and made major headlines because of her long-term relationship with fellow internet star Jordan Beau. While the duo was known for constantly posting PDA-filled pictures and TikTok videos together, in July 2021, Jordyn announced via Instagram that they had split nearly a month before their three-year anniversary.

“Never thought I would be writing this post. Jordan Beau … Thank you for being the brightest light in my life the past 3 years. You are one amazing guy & I’m so thankful for all the amazing unforgettable memories we made. I know a day will never go by where you don’t cross my mind,” the dancer captioned a photo of her and her ex. “You know I’ll love you forever & maybe we will reconnect at some point. But for now, we both need some time to heal our broken hearts. I love you all, and I’m sorry.”
Jordyn went on to explain that the breakup was her decision. “He did absolutely nothing wrong,” she added. “It’s just time for me to be alone and put myself first.” Jordan, for his part, commented on the post with a broken heart emoji.
The former flames first met in 2018 through mutual friends and made the decision to share their budding romance with followers.
“I can’t hide anything and I tried a private relationship all of 2015, and it worked, but I don’t want to do that again,” Jordyn said during a January 2019 appearance on The Zach Sang Show. “I don’t want to hide that from my fans … Instead of hiding it, I’m just going to be real with everyone.”

When celebrating their two-year anniversary in August 2020, the YouTube personality told fans in an Instagram tribute that it was a “blessing to have found my person at such a young age and to have done so much together in such a small amount of time.”
Months before their split, Jordyn hosted her boyfriend on an episode of the “What They Don’t Tell You” podcast in February 2021. At the time, they spoke about the inner workings of their romance, revealed that they’ve lived together for a year and how they’ve come up with “boundaries.”
“Relationships are about compromise,” Jordyn said at the time. “I think it’s very important in a relationship to have your own space.”
