That whopping listing price makes it the most expensive single-family residential listing currently in Pennsylvania, according to realty.com.
Boasting a European-style mansion, golf fairway and heliport, the estate also is an established equestrian facility.
Co-listing agents Bonnie Loya and Kim Marie Angiullisaid they already have fielded numerous inquiries since listing the property about two weeks ago.
“We’re only just beginning,” Loya said. “This is the type of property someone could train (equestrian) for the Olympics.”
Oak Grove’s owner declined to comment for this story.
“The current owners have enjoyed the lifestyle this resort property has offered and are now considering other adventures,” Angiulli said. “It’s the perfect time to pass it on to a new generation, or to create a fantastic business opportunity to share a unique and different vision.”

The three-story, single-family residence — all 11,000 square feet of it — was built from Vermont limestone.
The residence includes a six-car garage, six bathrooms and five bedroom suites, a mahogany den and the master bedroom on the first floor.
Among its features are a 2,000-bottle wine cellar, an in-ground pool with bathhouse, a cinema decorated with crushed red velvet, a billiard room, a speakeasy with bourbon bar, a hibachi grill, a dance floor, Juliet balconies and a great room with 26-foot-high ceilings.
Equestrian-related amenities include a climate-controlled stable of 13 stalls, with heated floors, established riding trails, 11 fenced pastures and indoor and outdoor riding arenas.
The soaring fireplace in the great room was crafted from bedrock imported from the Gulf of Mexico.
“If gardening is your haven, there’s a beautiful greenhouse where you can decorate the canvas of the grounds, which have been designed to accommodate a helicopter landing,” Loya said. “Majestic oak trees decorate the grounds, hence the name, Oak Grove.”
It has advanced security features and the property is gated and fenced.

Loya said a potential buyer for Oak Grove likely will have certain traits.
“A buyer who has a passion for the outdoors, a love of the environment and an appreciation of the world,” Loya said. “Oak Grove is a lifestyle.”
In 2008, the Tribune-Review reported that the estate sold for $11 million — one of the highest selling prices for a local residential property at the time.
The estate is owned by Waterdam Road Associates, according to deeds filed with Washington County.
The stable area is zoned commercial and the rest of the property is zoned residential and agricultural, according to Washington County property records.
Angiulli noted the property might appeal to buyers such as a family from around the world looking to summer in the rolling hills of Pennsylvania, an entertainer who wants privacy and a secluded outdoor space for recreation, or a corporation with an interest in hosting corporate events/meetings.
“A visionary buyer could be attracted to this property for a new business that includes a resort-style property or equine facility that’s close to an international airport,” Angiulli said.
