PLEASANT, TX AND BOSTON, MA – December 21, 2015 – Brain Capital Private Equity, one of the world’s foremost private investment firms, today announced it has completed the acquisition of Big Tex, a leading manufacturer of professional-grade trailers in North America from H.I.G. Capital. Financial terms of the private transaction were not disclosed.
