Ingredients:2 cans (4.5 oz.) Bella Portofino Solid Yellowfin Tuna in Extra Virgin Olive Oil4 ciabatta rolls, sliced in half4 oz. Brie cheese, sliced thinly1 cup arugula1 pear, sliced thinly4 tsp. Dijon mustard (optional)
Directions:
- Spread the Brie cheese on the bottom half of the roll. Place under the broiler to melt cheese slightly.
- Top the cheese with pieces of tuna, arugula and slices of pear. Spread the inside of the top of the roll with Dijon mustard if desired.
- Set the top of the roll on the arugula, and place in a warm oven to heat for approximately 5 minutes.
