Rock & Brews Casino opened May 10, 2022 as the largest casino in northern Oklahoma. The casino is a partnership between Kaw Nation and KISS co-founders Paul Stanley and Gene Simmons.
Rock & Brews Casino
Rock & Brews Casino is located in Braman, Oklahoma near the Kansas Stateline. The casino is a Class II Indian gaming casino owned by the Kaw Nation, which also owns the Southwind Casino in Newkirk, OK.
Rock & Brews Casino replaces the former Southwind Casino, which was located nearby. The new Braman casino is larger and features 400 gaming machines and a Rock & Brews Restaurant.
The casino groundbreaking was January 12, 2017. After a few years delay the casino was opened on May 10, 2022.

Rock & Brews Casino opened in Braman May 10

Kaw Nation and the band KISS celebrated the grand opening Tuesday of the new Rock & Brews Casino in Braman. The rock ‘n’ roll-themed casino replaces the tribe’s Southwind Casino with a larger gaming floor and a new location. Rock & Brews Casino is a Class II casino located on I-35 at Exit 231.
The new Braman casino features 400 slot machines and electronic table games and a Rock & Brews Restaurant. Braman is a few miles south of the Kansas Stateline and under two-hour drives from Wichita, Tulsa and Oklahoma City.

A ceremonial groundbreaking event was held today for the Rock & Brews Casino in Braman. This will be built by is a new partnership between the Kaw Nation and KISS co-founders Paul Stanley and Gene Simmons.
Plans for a new casino to be located in Braman have been announced. The town is just south of the Kansas state border near Interstate Highway 35. The casino will be built on tribal land owned by the Kaw Nation of Oklahoma.
Partnering with the tribe on the project is the restaurant chain, Rock & Brews. Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley are part of the owners of the brand.
Originally Rock & Brew was going to be a restaurant added to the casino. However, the casino will now take on the Rock & Brew branded theme.
The project will create 1,000 new jobs. They will be both temporary construction jobs and permanent jobs.
It is estimated that construction will take a year to finish.
