Who Owns The Ridge In West Seneca

The Ridge West Seneca has made their first official hire, naming Jon Robare the general manager of the restaurant and brewery. Robare, a graduate of Niagara University, has nearly 25 years of management experience working in the food and beverage industry. He most recently served as the general manager for Clarksburg Cider Company in Lancaster and has enjoyed success at a variety of other well-known WNY establishments.

“This is a great opportunity for me and my family,” said Robare. “I know that the ownership team and I share the same vision for The Ridge. We want it to be a place the West Seneca Community is proud to visit, promote and enjoy.”

“We were really impressed with Jon’s knowledge and passion for creating high energy, and high quality dining and brewing experiences,” said the Ridge ownership team. “It was important for us to get Jon on board now, so that he could have input on some of our kitchen and dining architecture and design.”

The Ridge West Seneca is located at 555 Orchard Park Road in West Seneca. The plans and build out began in earnest earlier this year and residents should start to see some major changes to the façade in the coming months. In February, it was announced that the brewery will introduce a self-pouring system that will feature custom brewed Ridge beers, as well as a variety of other selections.
