I’ve done some research and have found players who played for both the Jets and the Cardinals.
Josh McCown
Josh McCown, known for his resilience and adaptability, carved out a noteworthy 17-year career in the NFL – mostly as a reliable backup quarterback.
From his entry into the league with the Arizona Cardinals in 2002, he played for 9 different teams, a few times as the starting QB, but also stepping in and performing effectively whenever called upon when he wasn’t.
He threw for over 17,000 yards and 98 touchdowns, holding a career passer rating of around 80. Particularly impressive stints came with the Chicago Bears in 2013 and the New York Jets in 2017.

Antonio Cromartie
Antonio Cromartie was selected by the San Diego Chargers as the 19th overall pick in the first round of the 2006 NFL Draft. During his career, he played as a cornerback for several teams including the Chargers, New York Jets, Arizona Cardinals, and Indianapolis Colts.
Cromartie was named to four Pro Bowls and was a First-Team All-Pro in 2007. In that remarkable 2007 season, he led the NFL with 10 interceptions. Throughout his 11-year career, he recorded a total of 420 tackles, 31 interceptions, and 115 pass deflections.

Cromartie’s ability to read plays and his agility in coverage made him one of the standout cornerbacks of his generation. His length and athleticism were instrumental in his success at breaking up passes and securing interceptions.

John Abraham
John Abraham was especially known for his skill in rushing the quarterback. He was drafted in the first round of the 2000 NFL Draft, being picked 13th overall by the New York Jets. With the Jets, Abraham quickly proved to be a formidable force as a defensive end, earning his first Pro Bowl selection in 2001.
After spending six seasons with the Jets, Abraham moved to the Atlanta Falcons in 2006, where he would continue to build on his already impressive career, even setting the franchise record for sacks in a single season with 16.5 in 2008.
His career highlights include being selected to the Pro Bowl five times and being named a First-team All-Pro twice. He amassed a remarkable total of 133.5 career sacks, which places him in the top 15 all-time for sacks in the NFL.

Chris Johnson
Chris Johnson, also known by his nickname “CJ2K,” is known primarily for his stint with the Tennessee Titans. Drafted 24th overall in the 2008 NFL Draft by the Titans, Johnson quickly established himself as one of the league’s most electrifying players.
In his sophomore season in 2009, Johnson rushed for 2006 yards, becoming one of the few players in NFL history to break the 2000-yard mark in a single season, which earned him the moniker “CJ2K.”
That same year, he also set the NFL’s single-season record for yards from scrimmage with 2509 yards and was named the NFL’s Offensive Player of the Year. After six seasons with the Titans, Johnson had shorter spells with the New York Jets and Arizona Cardinals before retiring in 2017.

Boomer Esiason
Norman Julius “Boomer” Esiason spent the majority of his NFL career with the Cincinnati Bengals, where he was selected to four Pro Bowls and won the NFL Most Valuable Player award in 1988. That year, he led the Bengals to Super Bowl XXIII, where they narrowly lost to the San Francisco 49ers.
Esiason also had stints with the New York Jets and Arizona Cardinals. Known for his strong arm and ability to read defenses, he retired with over 37,000 passing yards and 247 touchdowns.
Outside of football, Esiason is well-known for his philanthropic efforts, particularly around cystic fibrosis, a disease his son Gunnar was diagnosed with as a child. He established the Boomer Esiason Foundation, which has raised millions of dollars for research and support of those with the disease.

Alan Faneca
Alan Faneca was drafted by the Pittsburgh Steelers in the first round (26th overall) of the 1998 NFL Draft. He quickly became a cornerstone of the Steelers’ offensive line.
Over a decade with the Steelers, Faneca was integral in paving the way for the team’s rushing attack and providing staunch protection for the quarterback. His efforts were pivotal in the Steelers’ Super Bowl XL victory over the Seattle Seahawks.

After a successful tenure with the Steelers, Faneca went on to play for the New York Jets and the Arizona Cardinals. Across his entire NFL career, he was selected to the Pro Bowl nine times and was named a First-team All-Pro on six occasions. Faneca was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2021.

Jeff Blake
Jeff Blake had a 14-year career in the league, spending time with multiple teams. Blake was selected in the 6th round of the 1992 NFL Draft by the New York Jets, but he gained most of his recognition as a Pro Bowl quarterback with the Cincinnati Bengals.
With the Bengals, Blake had his most productive years. In 1995, he was selected to the Pro Bowl after throwing for 3,822 yards and 28 touchdowns. Blake was known for his deep passing ability, consistently ranking among the league’s best in yards per completion.
Throughout his career, Blake also had stints with the Saints, Ravens, Cardinals, Eagles, and Bears. After retiring from professional football, Blake transitioned into coaching and mentoring young quarterbacks, including his son Emory, a former Auburn University quarterback.
Jay Feely
Jay Feely had an impressive 14-year career as a placekicker in the NFL. He initially signed with the Atlanta Falcons as an undrafted free agent in 2001 but truly started his NFL journey with the New York Giants in 2005.
Feely spent two seasons with the Giants before moving to the Miami Dolphins, where he played for a season. His career then took him to the New York Jets, where he enjoyed two solid seasons, followed by short stints with the Arizona Cardinals and the Chicago Bears.
Throughout his career, Feely demonstrated consistency as a kicker, converting 82.6% of his field goals and a strong leg as well, with a career long field goal of 61 yards
Jason Babin
Jason Babin was selected by the Houston Texans in the first round of the 2004 NFL Draft, 27th overall. He was a defensive end who played for various teams over his 12-year NFL career, including stints with the Texans, Seattle Seahawks, Kansas City Chiefs, Tennessee Titans, Philadelphia Eagles, Jacksonville Jaguars, and New York Jets.
Babin’s career highlights include two Pro Bowl selections in 2010 and 2011. In the 2011 season with the Eagles, he had a remarkable year, recording 18 sacks and was named 2nd Team All-Pro. His final career stats include 374 total tackles, 64.5 sacks, and 14 forced fumbles.
Babin’s aggressive playing style and ability to pressure the quarterback made him a significant presence on the defensive line throughout his career.
