Tickets:

Events held at Mercedes-Benz Stadium offer ADA accessible seating as well as companion seating. People with mobility impairment who require accessible seating are permitted to purchase tickets for accessible seats. This may include people who use wheelchairs, those who use other mobility devices, and people who cannot climb steps or walk long distances. Tickets for accessible seats may be sold to individuals who require accessible seating themselves or to someone purchasing on their behalf. People who do not fall within the categories above but merely have a preference for accessible seating are not permitted to purchase accessible seats. Accessible seating (ADA) can be purchased online through Ticketmaster.com.

Wheelchair & Companion Seating:

Mercedes-Benz Stadium provides wheelchair and companion seating on all levels. Please note that event day relocations are LIMITED and are not guaranteed but may be available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Check with your section seating host for availability of seats.

Personal chairs, stools, chair cushions or other seating equipment are not permitted inside of the stadium.

Accessible Gates:

Gate 1, Gate 2, and Silver Deck Bridge entrances are ADA Accessible.

ADA parking is for sale on a first-come, first-serve basis. All parking decks and lots have ADA spaces.

Accessible Parking Shuttle: The following parking lots offer a complimentary ADA shuttle for most major events:

  • Blue Lot
  • Yellow Lot

The shuttle picks up at the lot entrance and drops off at the Vine City- MARTA station, closest to Gate 1. Hours of operation may vary by event.

Northside Drive – in front of The Home Depot Backyard

Andrew Young International Boulevard Northwest – in front of the Georgia International Plaza or the Red Parking Deck

Assistive Listening Devices:

Mercedes-Benz Stadium has been equipped with an assistive listening system. The service provides real-time captions and assistive listening for all public-address announcements. The handheld device is available for check out at Guest Service Centers located at Section 116 and Section 244. Devices are available on a first come first serve basis.

Closed Caption:

Closed Captioning is available on our LED boards located on both East & West ends of the stadium.

Interpreting Services:

Guests requiring interpreting services are asked to contact our guest services team at [email protected], no later than three (3) weeks prior to the event. We will do our best to meet guest requests, but we cannot guarantee the service for all events.

Sensory Kits:

We provide kits to fans with sensory sensitivities. Available at Guest Services at 116.
