Who Will Win Dancing With Stars

The latest “Dancing With The Stars” episode saw the remaining celebrities recall their most life-changing experiences through their dances on “Most Memorable Year Night.”

‘Marvelous Princess’ Gomez Wows

One star who wowed the judges — Carrie Ann Inaba, Derek Hough and Bruno Tonioli — was Xochitl Gomez, the new +200 favorite to triumph in Season 32.

The actor received a 10 out of 10 score from Hough and a pair of 9s from Inaba and Tonioli, who praised her as a “marvelous princess” following her 28 out of 30 performance.

Gomez top-scored on Tuesday night, as she did last week with a 27-point routine, and now leads the others in “Dancing With The Stars” futures betting.

Charity Lawson also scored 28 points on Tuesday night, and she remains +250 to win the contest, even with former favorite Jason Mraz.

The singer has slipped down the market after picking up 24 and 27 points in the last two weeks. Despite this, Tonioli was still impressed with Mraz’s latest performance, admitting it gave him a “twinkling pleasure.”

Aside from some impressive dancing, the highlight of Episode 5 was a tribute to former judge Len Goodman, who died in April at age 78.

Goodman’s friend Tonioli was particularly emotional as some of the show’s former pros returned to dance with a selection of the current “DWTS” pro dancers to pay homage to the late panelist.

Umansky Impresses Again

Ariana Madix (+300) and Lele Pons (+400) managed solid 24-point scores on Tuesday night, and Inaba thought it was Pons’ best dance yet.

The biggest futures market move of the week was for “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Mauricio Umansky, who has halved in price from +1200 to +600.

Tonioli said he put in his best performance to date, and he has now leapfrogged Barry Williams, Alyson Hannigan and Harry Jowsey in the futures market.

Williams didn’t have a great Episode 4, ending up bottom of the leaderboard on 18 points, but he bounced back with a 24-point score on Tuesday night.

He remains +800 to win the contest, but Hannigan has drifted to +1000, from +700.

But she is being kept off the bottom of the market by Harry Jowsey, who is +1200 after scoring just 18 points on Tuesday night, the lowest total of the evening.

Tonioli thought his dance was too stiff, and Inaba said his routine wasn’t as good as the previous week, but he lives to dance another day after Mira Sorvino went home.

Next week, it will be “Monster Night” as the sixth “Dancing With The Stars” episode of the season airs on Halloween.
