Hello, aww thank you! Sorry for the late reply!(1) I think there are two major reasons (among others) for her getting triggered. For one, it could be this experience she made:
His voice possibly triggers her because she heard him scream during the Eclipse. When he lost his eye is also when he lost his innocent face. But perhaps, this right here is another reason:

Maybe even a little bit of both. I mean, the depictions we see in Episode 359 and Chapters 188-190 is also similar, that can let us assume they must be related somehow (e.g. related conceptually, via story-writing, via symbolism or parallelism).Chapter 188

Her subconscious still knows about these two instances (Guts’ sexual assault & the Eclipse), possibly even confounding them, but she still has to make sense of what happened both emotionally and rationally. Remember, her memory of those two instances haven’t returned completely yet (at least, it doesn’t look like they did; she only remembered Griffith and Judeau so far). The fragments Farnese and Schierke puzzled together in her dream have to be put back together once again, this time in reality with her being sane.
The thing is, with how things stand currently, is that Casca cannot process her feelings and memories AT ALL without breaking down. This is where Farnese comes into play, who will probably heal and restore Casca in such a way she will be able to process her feelings somewhat.(2) I think to drive the plot onward further, Skull Knight might be the one who’ll eventually lead them to the lands of the Bakiraka (where Rickert was headed to in vol 38). He might reveal that to Guts in the next chapter.SK or Flora (when Schierke will meet her, considering she’s gonna contact daemon very soon) might reveal them new means of travel via the branches too. This bit will be essential, because the branches a) allow for very quick travel and b) lead all back to Falconia (which is literally the location of the spirit tree trunk, from which all other branches stem from). And in case there is a branch leading back to the bakiraka lands AND Falconia…. Imagine the temptation Guts is exposed to knowing that. Go back to Falcona and kick Femto ass or make sure Casca’s safe, bringing her to Rickert and Co.? That might be part of SK’s prophecy in the next chapter.Surely, when the party leaves Elfhelm I expect that a couple of years (I’m thinking ~5) will have passed, but not more than 20 years. A timeskip that is too large (+30 years) would suddenly terminate a couple of story lines (e.g. Rickert, Silat, Charlotte, Sir Laban, Sir Owen and all the others) that have been build up so far. Like… you can’t make the timeskip too big because otherwise some of these characters may grow too old to do anything. E.g. Sir Laban and Minister Foss definitely could turn out to be allies for Guts after the time skip, given they are still suspicious towards Neo-Griffith. To not use these two characters to help out Guts would be a waste imo!
