The content creator was formally a staff member at Disney World and has been sharing tips and tricks with fans on the site and on their YouTube channel for many years.

Who is Molly McCormack?
Molly McCormack is a content manager and former guest relations team member at Disney World. She has more than 30,000 followers on her Instagram account – @Molly_mcawesome_ – where she posts about Disney, her life, clothes and family.
McCormack has been an integral part of the All Ears team on its Instagram and YouTube accounts, hosting videos and creating content on how to have the best time at Disney World and Universal Orlando.
She has said her favourite Disney attraction is the Pirates Of The Caribbean ride at Disney World. She also likes Hagrid’s Magical Creatures Motorbike Adventure at Universal.

The content creator also met her husband while working in guest relations at Disney World. They live in Orlando with two rescue dogs, Kronk and Cruella de Vil. How cute!

What is All Ears?
All Ears calls itself the ‘unofficial Disney vacation planning guide’.
The service provides tips and tricks for holidays to Disney and Universal, and is run by a group of Disney super-fans and former staff members.
Their Instagram and Youtube pages have more than 200k followers on which they post content such as how to have the perfect day at the Magic Kingdom, and reviewing all the hotels and rides at Disneyland.
They also have a blog in which they discuss the latest Disney news and updates on the theme parks.
Molly announces she is leaving All Ears
Fans have taken to social media to share their disappointment Molly will no longer be part of the All Ears family.
She wrote in a post on her Instagram page: “I have an update! Lots of you have asked, and I suppose the shark’s outta the cage.

“I am walking away from my full-time job with AllEars.net. It wasn’t an easy decision and I’m eternally grateful for the opportunities I had there. But, we keep moving forward.
“I’m so excited to be working on some new personal projects and content, and cannot wait to share details with you all very soon!✨”
Molly also thanked her fans for all their support in a following post and said she would read each and every comment people had posted.

What is Molly going to do next?
At the moment, Molly McCormack hasn’t shared what her next steps are going to be.
However, she did say she is going to be working on her own personal projects and will be sharing those with her fans soon.
